The role
Lead and coordinate the Civil Citywide Units across five boroughs, ensuring high-quality client representation and service.
Supervise Directors, mentor staff, and drive equitable, efficient workflows in line with internal policies.
Oversee program design and grant management, reporting, fundraising support, and cross-unit collaboration.
Develop legal strategy with the Law Reform Unit, oversee pro bono initiatives, and advance advocacy and impact litigation.
Strengthen community engagement with advocates, government agencies, courts, and funders; represent the practice publicly.
Foster organizational growth, shape strategic priorities, and mentor emerging leaders to expand civil legal services and social justice impact.
