The role
Design, bootstrap, and deliver end-to-end big data and AI solutions for clients, including reference architectures and productionizing use cases.
Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services and translate client needs into implementable data engineering and analytics projects.
Guide strategic customers through transformational data initiatives, migrations, and deployment of industry-leading data and AI applications.
Provide architectural consulting, ensure timely delivery, and escalate/resolve production issues with a strong focus on customer success.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, project management, and customer) to deliver scalable, automated data pipelines and ML workflows.
Maintain documentation, diagrams, and knowledge transfer, while contributing to product feedback and best practices for repeatable deployments.
