The role
Operate autonomous humanoid robots to fulfill real-world customer use cases during the night shift.
Keep the robot running continuously, identify bugs, and coordinate fixes with engineering.
Document, track, and escalate issues using Jira to ensure timely resolutions.
May guide the robot via teleoperation to perform designated behaviors while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Follow maintenance procedures including bring-up and shutdown, and ensure proper equipment handling.
Demonstrate strong communication, focus, and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
