The role involves monitoring staff welfare, overseeing security equipment and technology, and supporting incident resolution. Candidates should possess strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of security systems and compliance regulations. Experience in security operations and technical proficiency with security tools are essential, along with a full UK driving licence. The position requires working on a shift pattern of three days, three nights, followed by three days off.
