Legal Counsel (Corporate / Commercial, 3-5 PQE) Hybrid/Remote

Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal guidance across corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Collaborate with CX, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Sales to support business initiatives and product development. Review and maintain the legal soundness of existing products while helping design new features and offerings through automation and scalable processes. Lead corporate tasks including articles of association, shareholders' agreements, financing rounds, ASAs, and convertible loan notes. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, manage data protection and employment issues, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Ideal candidate is independent, proactive, detail-oriented, with 3-5 PQE in corporate/commercial practice and right to work in the UK; thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
