The role
Support, maintain, and enhance a range of financial applications to improve system capability.
Provide first-line support for finance system issues and manage the team mailbox for query triage.
Create and maintain static data across multiple finance platforms and monitor licence usage.
Contribute to projects as a testing SME and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Develop, document, and maintain system procedures ensuring clear, accurate guidelines.
Hybrid role based in Liverpool, combining problem solving, data governance, and close collaboration with the finance function.
