The role
Support daily HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases to ensure accurate data integrity.
Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, process employment verifications, and assist with policy updates.
Administer leave procedures (FMLA) and conduct annual I-9 audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
Serve as a bilingual contact for employees and leadership, respond to inquiries in English and Spanish, and assist with payroll, ATS, and DMV Pull Notice program duties.
Generate HR reports, analyze data, and uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
