The role
Provide HR guidance as the first point of contact for managers and teams.
Advise on employee relations and ER case management with a pragmatic, people-first approach.
Support engagement, culture initiatives, and the delivery of a meaningful employee experience.
Manage HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and partner with operational teams.
Build strong relationships across the business to support leadership and development.
This is a 12-18 month fixed-term contract with flexible working patterns.
