Lead the strategic financial function and central services including finances, IT, and HR to support sustainable growth.
Provide robust financial leadership, governance, and performance management to maximise commercial opportunities.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and expertise in strategic finance management to balance risk and opportunity.
Inspire and develop high-performing teams, ensuring efficient, integrated service delivery across functions.

Experience in academic trust environments is not essential; candidates must demonstrate precision, analytical rigor, energy, and alignment with ethos and aims.
