The role
Lead the design and execution of the data analytics function for a global legal operations team from the ground up.
Define data strategy, build dashboards, and report key metrics for legal sub-functions and leadership in regular business reviews.
Analyze complex legal data (spending, budgeting, contracts) and collaborate with global teams to deliver actionable insights and API/webhook reporting.
Drive process improvements by measuring performance, identifying inefficiencies, and establishing outcome-oriented program metrics.
Own reporting and visualization, including data lake work in Snowflake and centralized dashboards for senior leadership.
Lead training, change management, and special projects, serving as interim PMO to support large-scale transformation.
