The role
Translate data into strategic insights through memos, dashboards, and visuals to inform operational and leadership decisions.
Develop analytical models to detect patterns, anomalies, and root causes, such as proactive issue identification from ticket data.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to map data structures to business priorities.
Utilize SQL, Python, or R to clean, reshape, and analyze data and to build scalable analytics.
Communicate findings effectively and stay connected to industry trends and emerging methods to drive product and customer impact.
