The role
Lead design, build, and operate core AI data and safety infrastructure powering scalable, safe experiences.
Develop robust data pipelines to curate high-quality multimodal datasets for training and evaluating models, with human-in-the-loop support.
Advance AI systems infrastructure by creating data quality frameworks, synthetic data generation, and synthetic labeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions that strengthen platform safety and moderation.
Establish and influence data culture and best practices, building foundational systems from scratch and driving rapid impact.
Stay current with emerging technologies in data and AI to push innovations that improve user safety and platform integrity.
