The role
This role handles the preparation and filing of pleadings and the trial of child support hearings in district and administrative courts.
It requires analysis of laws, regulations, court opinions, and policy to advise clients and staff.
The position includes consultation and negotiation with attorneys and clients to resolve cases.
It includes training staff in preparing legal documents and ensuring ethical compliance.
Qualifications require a Juris Doctor, active Oklahoma Bar license, and membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Levels I–IV correspond to increasing experience and salary, with occasional travel requiring a valid driver's license and insurance.
