The role
Gère et met en œuvre les initiatives du volet commercial pour assurer croissance et rétention de la clientèle.
Décline les objectifs du département en cibles et planifie les activités et les ressources de l’équipe.
Supervise le fonctionnement opérationnel, assure le respect des normes et le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
Anime les réunions, encadre les talents, participe au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des compétences.
Intervient sur les situations complexes, gère les plaintes et pilote l’amélioration continue des processus.
Représente le cabinet auprès des partenaires et assureurs et collabore avec la direction commerciale.
