The role
Design, build, validate, and deploy machine learning models for predictive and risk modelling.
Develop and maintain scalable Python-based ML pipelines with feature engineering and monitoring.
Translate business requirements into advanced analytical solutions and production-ready models.
Work with large structured and unstructured datasets while collaborating with stakeholders to operationalise models.
Ensure model maintainability with documentation and version control, and track performance for continuous improvement.
Operate in a regulated financial services environment, communicating complex results to non-technical audiences.
