The role
Spearhead the strategy for next-generation intelligent experiences powered by LLMs and multi-agent systems.
Bridge research and product to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable roadmaps that create business value while upholding Responsible AI.
Define and drive AI strategy, building cohesive ecosystems that interpret tabular and unstructured data.
Lead development of personalized Q&A systems and conversational talent engines; orchestrate multi-agent workflows for HRBPs and Management.
Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers; foster innovation, experimentation, and rapid delivery.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and executive leadership to govern development standards, MLOps, and trustworthy AI at scale.
