Focus on North Carolina personal injury and premises liability litigation with a high-volume caseload.
No administrative tasks: dedicated support staff handle filings, scheduling, and docketing.
Licensed to practice in North Carolina with 2-4 years of legal experience; strong litigation and negotiation skills required.
Client-focused, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing cases efficiently while collaborating with a team.
Compensation tied to workload with starting base salary and commission opportunities; Year 1 average earnings around $125K+, Year 2+ up to $200K+ for senior attorneys.
