The role
Line 1: We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to bridge software engineering and research, delivering efficient, scalable ML models and services that meet high QPS and low-latency requirements.
Line 2: Collaborate closely with ML researchers to operationalize research and ensure seamless integration of models into production environments.
Line 3: Improve performance and scalability of ML models to meet growing ad demand and novel optimization objectives.
Line 4: Partner with ML scientists, infrastructure engineers, and product managers to shape the ML infrastructure for Ads.
Line 5: Design and deploy advanced models for ad ranking, pacing, and personalization to reach the right audience at the right moment.
Line 6: Drive business impact through innovative, scalable solutions while balancing advertiser goals with viewer experience and privacy.
