The role
Own and grow a designated regional territory within a growing hire division focused on plant equipment and construction solutions.
Develop new and existing customer relationships through regular field visits, site meetings, and direct consultations.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, repairs, logistics) to close opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions.
Maintain CRM records and implement structured account growth plans to drive revenue and long-term partnerships.
Operate with autonomy, acting like your own business and driving commercial success in your region.
Requires customer-facing hire experience and a full UK driving licence with ability to travel to Coalville as required.
