The role
Oversee day-to-day real estate tax and lease operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax data and exemptions.
Enter, update, and maintain tax and lease data in the Apex property and lease management system, and generate property and lease reports.
Analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, operating expenses, and annual reconciliations of property expenses and taxes.
Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for Leaders of National Real Estate Services, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and handling Lease Services requests to Legal.
Manage real estate tax exemption filings for a 501(c)3 organization and ensure timely tax payments and exemption filings.
Drive process improvements through collaboration, maintain best-practice manuals, and support tax appeals as needed.
