The role
Lead on-site electrical commissioning activities, coordinating the commissioning plan and ensuring project readiness.
Direct small crews (2-5 electricians), provide on-site coaching, training, and quality audits to uphold a culture of safety and quality.
Perform quality inspections of conduit layouts, lighting systems, motor feeders, and basic control systems; identify issues from drawings and specs.
Analyze startup/commissioning schedules, anticipate installation standards, checklists, and training needs for upcoming tasks.
Maintain safety and compliance with LOTO, OSHA, and client standards; participate in risk management, toolbox talks, and safety initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, provide data-driven insights, and guide project leadership on site quality.
