The role
Lead the ML Platform team to design and implement scalable ML Ops infrastructure and distributed services.
Build and maintain training pipelines and inference services using Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Python.
Define team priorities, create reusable software components, and enable rapid feature delivery at scale.
Develop deployment pipelines from git to production and establish fast, robust automated testing and validation.
Improve performance, reliability, and observability of existing systems while mentoring junior engineers.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to codify best practices in ML engineering across the organization.
