The role
Own the front-end search strategy and execution for roles across North America.
Build market maps and target universes, delivering competitor and talent intelligence that shapes each mandate.
Run advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray techniques, with AI-assisted approaches.
Lead candidate engagement end-to-end—craft outreach, manage follow-ups, and qualify fit, motivations, and timing.
Deliver shortlist-ready output with sharp candidate write-ups and curated shortlists to accelerate interviews.
Create repeatable assets and processes (Candidate Briefs, interview packs, outreach libraries, screening guides, and qualification matrices) to scale the sourcing function.
