The role
Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI-powered features at scale, focusing on search, AI assistants, and predictive analytics.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through production—using Java, Python, or Go across distributed systems.
Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and establish standards for architecture, testing, security, and data governance.
Translate AI concepts into concrete products with measurable impact, defining success metrics and ensuring observability.
Collaborate with Product, Cybersecurity, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and surface upstream/downstream dependencies.
Navigate the evolving AI and payments landscape, balancing speed, quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
