The role

Insight Global is seeking a content writer and editor to contribute to a large banking organisation on a six-month contract based in Toronto. The candidate will handle content requests, implement content updates, and create content for new processes across multiple business lines. Proficiency with MS Word, SharePoint, HTML troubleshooting, and Jira is required, alongside excellent communication skills and time management. This hybrid role involves working once weekly in Downtown Toronto, demanding adaptability in a dynamic setting. Candidate must possess a relevant degree in communication, English, or technical writing, and have at least three years of relevant experience in medium to large organisations.
