The role
The role involves supporting the safe and efficient operation of process systems within a complex energy site, working closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performance monitoring, process design support, commissioning, and contributing to energy projects. The position requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, organisation, and understanding of process engineering principles, with experience in low-carbon energy being advantageous. Technical skills needed include process optimisation, plant performance analysis, and compliance with safety standards. The environment offers exposure to both operational and project engineering tasks in a regulated, innovative industry. Suitable for recent graduates or those with up to three years' industry experience aiming to develop expertise in energy transition technologies.
