The role
As a Senior Software Developer and ML Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI software solutions.
You will collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates, plan tasks, and ensure timely delivery while guiding best practices.
You will implement solutions per specifications (SRS, C4), define non-functional requirements, and ensure robust testing (unit, functional, E2E).
You will identify opportunities to apply AI technologies, stay ahead with new techniques, and advise clients on technical direction.
You will mentor colleagues, maintain software development guidelines, and contribute to architectural decisions.
You will work with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, data processing, and cloud AI services to build end-to-end ML pipelines in an agile environment.
