The role
Vickerstock is working with an established food production business to appoint a Trainee Operations Manager who will join its leadership team. The role offers exposure to production, packing, quality, compliance and people management, with a clear pathway to operational leadership. The candidate will gain experience in production processes, customer requirements and operational excellence while developing leadership skills. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvements.
