The role
Lead origination, structuring, and execution of secured credit facilities for middle-market and large corporate clients.
Leverage collateral-based financing, rigorous credit analysis, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Develop and manage relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and internal stakeholders.
Drive deals from sourcing through closing, coordinating cross-functional teams and internal risk approvals.
Understand clients' businesses and objectives to identify strategic opportunities and long-term partnerships.
Mentor junior colleagues, navigate a dynamic market, and travel up to 50% as required.
