Children's Centre Administration & Finance Officer
The role of Children's Centre Administration & Finance Officer involves providing high-quality administrative, financial, and customer-service support across the centre, including data accuracy and financial record-keeping. Core duties include budget monitoring, raising invoices, maintaining finance records, and operating IT and data systems such as e-Start, Liquid Logic, Excel, and SAP. You will respond to enquiries from parents, visitors, and partner professionals in a warm, person-centred manner and act as a key point of contact for families. You will support managers and partner agencies to ensure coordinated services for children and families, including managing bookings and promoting centre services. The role requires confidence with a broad range of IT/financial systems, producing clear reports, and maintaining compliant records and data. You will work across multiple sites within the footprint, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends, to deliver high-quality services for local children and families.
