Sales Administrator / Sales Executive (SaaS – Hospitality Technology)
Lead and coordinate sales administration for a fast-growing SaaS hospitality technology team, supporting account management and client services. Outreach to properties via phone and email, schedule appointments, manage renewals, and track the sales pipeline. Perform market research on properties, brands and hospitality groups; prepare materials for client meetings and QBRs. Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce, support contract administration, and ensure data integrity across systems. Create clear reports and professional presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, and communicate with internal teams and clients.
