Manufacturing Operative
Set up and operate roll forming machinery and associated equipment within a growing Light Gauge Steel manufacturing environment. Produce components to daily targets, monitoring output and performing quality checks with proper documentation. Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping across the production area. Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to optimise workflow and drive efficiency on the production line. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, machinery operation skills, and a Combi forklift license. Training is provided for roll forming and sheet metal processing; a proactive, detail-oriented, team-minded approach is essential.
