The role
Represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters from inception to resolution, with Mississippi Bar admission required.
Lead initial claim evaluation, strategy, discovery, and medical records management.
Conduct depositions of claimants, physicians, and vocational experts; manage motion practice and settlement negotiations.
Advise on hearings before administrative judges and drive overall case strategy.
Independently manage a full caseload with strong organization and client communication skills.
