The role
Lead design and BIM coordination from tender through construction, ensuring robust design delivery.
Coordinate off-site and on-site design processes while complying with design management procedures across RIBA stages.
Review tender information, develop design programs, and drive timely design deliverables with the design team.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination to develop innovative, compliant construction solutions.
Manage design interfaces, quality control, and integration with project scheduling.
Requires design management experience with architecture or engineering qualifications and a track record delivering complex projects.
