The role
Provide exceptional client service and seamless support to financial advisors, ensuring clients feel understood and informed.
Manage client accounts, including account openings, transfers, and requests, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Perform administrative and operational tasks—scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Play an active role in annual business planning and listen for client needs that may indicate opportunities for additional services.
Drive efficiency by utilizing technology (MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office) and updating SOPs to streamline branch processes.
Receive comprehensive training (6 months) and join a broad support network to work independently with a strong team backing you.
