The role
Lead and oversee the finance function, guiding accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Manage month-end close processes, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant standards.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning to support growth.
Strengthen internal controls, governance, and process improvements across financial operations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders; provide clear financial insights for decision-making.
Supervise a small team, mentor staff, and balance strategic initiatives with a part-time work schedule.
