The role
Own and drive ML tasks in 3D object detection for autonomous perception, focusing on scalability and performance.
Develop algorithms and pipelines to improve spatial-temporal understanding of the driving environment.
Analyze real-world model behavior, identify root causes, and implement both short-term fixes and long-term improvements.
Monitor production ML systems, build AI-aided debugging tooling, and automatically detect regressions.
Create and maintain metrics for perception challenges, including safety-critical and long-tail issues.
Work in a hybrid role reporting to a Technical Lead Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ML on onboard and offboard hardware.
