The role
Lead UX strategy, vision, and execution for a complex enterprise SaaS product.
Design intuitive workflows that integrate human decision-making with AI assistance and define AI-driven interaction patterns.
Translate complex data models and system logic into clear, accessible UX; deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain a scalable, multi-surface design system and partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to drive 0→1 product development.
Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize findings into actionable design insights while balancing user needs, business goals, and feasibility.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid iteration; desirable background in design research, systems modeling, or enterprise workflows, and AI/LLM interfaces.
