The role
The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, support strategic planning, and coach a team of HR professionals within a growing organisation. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The role requires experience in HR management, building HR frameworks, and proficiency with HR systems and reporting tools. Experience in social care or education sectors is advantageous. The position is based in Burton upon Trent with full-time in-person work as specified. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher and a valid driving licence are required.
