The role
Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable regulations.
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and support budget development and monitoring.
Present findings to stakeholders across departments to inform operational and financial decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, ensure compliance, and timely reporting.
Utilize advanced Excel and other financial software to maintain data integrity and support decision making.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA is a plus; government or public-sector experience is beneficial; strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
