Lead a team to deliver AI-powered ad creatives at scale, focusing on multimodal video editing and generative content.
Develop end-to-end systems for automated image and video generation from content briefs, insights, and visual references.
Advance AI capabilities with prompt engineering, RAG/GraphRAG, fine-tuning, distillation, and model optimization.
Build scalable, reliable software and infrastructure, partnering cross-functionally with global teams to maximize impact.
Stay ahead of multimodal and generative AI trends, quickly integrating new technologies to improve product value.
Provide strategic direction, mentor engineers, and deliver measurable improvements in creative quality and business outcomes.
