The role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, compute, and evaluate land development and municipal projects.
Develop concise Construction Documents, including plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Provide permitting support to navigate entitlements with state and local agencies.
Support construction activities by reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
Apply technical design skills and AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop site plans, roadway, coastal & marine, grading and drainage, sanitary, and SWPPP components.
Bring 4-8 years of site/civil design experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with EIT desirable and PE license a plus, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
