The role
Lead the technical design and hands-on delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning projects across multiple engagements.
Own end-to-end analytics execution: problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance assessment.
Act as technical authority on assigned projects, providing oversight, code and model reviews, and quality assurance.
Translate complex business problems into clear analytical approaches and scalable solutions; draft analytics scopes and delivery plans for medium-to-large projects.
Lead the development and delivery of Generative AI use cases, including prototyping, validation, and production-ready design; evaluate GenAI and ML techniques aligned with business value and governance requirements.
Ensure outputs meet quality, documentation, timeline, and budget expectations, and continuously improve analytics practices with new methodologies and tools.
