The role
Lead AI-centric platform design and delivery, guiding cross-functional teams in building scalable full-stack applications and distributed systems.
Translate complex business needs into robust technical designs and architectures, and develop prototypes and demos quickly.
Drive Agile delivery, oversee code quality, testing, risk management, and client-facing work from planning through closure.
Address distributed systems challenges such as scheduling, resource management, messaging, caching, and automation at scale.
Leverage Generative AI and agents, design robust APIs and microservices with Java, Python, FastAPI, and OpenAPI, and implement secure auth.
Mentor engineering talent, manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicate clearly across audiences.
