The role
An HR professional is sought for a broad, operational role in Ilfracombe within a well-established engineering organisation. The position involves partnering with line managers, managing employee relations cases, supporting engagement and talent development initiatives, and overseeing recruitment and apprenticeship programmes. The role requires strong UK employment law knowledge, strategic and practical HR skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate will ensure HR activities comply with legislation and policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Experience with HR management, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications is preferred, alongside excellent communication skills.
