The role
Embedded within the First Line Risk Monitoring (FLRM) team, this role accelerates automated risk monitoring across product lines.
Develop KRIs and risk metrics to measure first-line control performance, detect regressions, and estimate residual risk.
Design and implement alerting systems, dashboards, and visualizations to surface risk priorities and actionable insights.
Partner with product, risk, and compliance teams to measure potential product risks during experiments and launches; apply non-experimental analyses when needed.
Present findings to senior stakeholders, articulate tradeoffs, and provide data-driven risk mitigation recommendations.
A proactive, self-starting data scientist who can deliver end-to-end analytics projects and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
