The role
Lead, coach, and develop a two-person HR Operations team (Sr. Payroll Analyst and HR Operations Analyst).
Oversee end-to-end US & Canada payroll processing, time & attendance, onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle transactions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations, wage & hour rules, taxes, and garnishments; manage escalations.
Own payroll governance, controls, audits, reconciliations, and SOX documentation; partner with Finance for month-end close and GL reconciliation.
Collaborate with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS; drive standardization and continuous improvement.
Define SLAs, KPIs, data quality, and drive process improvements and automation; support cross-regional harmonization.
