Physician Advisor: Provide guidance and support to physicians in the Eastern Zone, navigating practice, remuneration, and external partnerships. Collaborate with system partners, educate and advocate for physicians. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills required. Experience in the Nova Scotia healthcare sector and a university degree
