The role
Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, modeling, storage, and retrieval. Build and maintain data pipelines and models enabling high-performance products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements and solutions. Mentor engineers, promote data governance, quality, and compliance, and advance development processes. Drive analytics and ML-ready workflows, including feature engineering, data ingestion, and monitoring. Ensure robust, tested code and effective data privacy, security, and localization practices across global data platforms.
