The role
Lead and grow a team of ML engineers to design, train, and deploy models that automate the creation of high-definition maps at scale.
Define a technical strategy for Mapping Automation that enables global world-wide mapping, from data capture to production pipelines.
Apply and advance state-of-the-art ML techniques, including Vision-Language Models and Generative AI, to pioneer new solutions in mapping automation.
Collaborate closely with partner ML teams to translate cutting-edge research into reliable, scalable, production-grade systems.
Own problems end-to-end across the systems stack, from data processing and model development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Requires 6+ years in ML (CV/deep learning) and 2+ years of people management, with a track record of delivering impact.
